We are commonly asked “How much exercise do I need to do to stay healthy?”  Not surprisingly there are clear evidence based guidelines from the World Health Organisation; check out our infographic below – in a nutshell we need 150 minutes of cardio each week and 2-3 sessions of strength every week.
