Laura is a Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates Instructor. She graduated from the University of Melbourne with Honours in 2012 and has worked at several private Physiotherapy clinics across both Melbourne & London (UK). She has undertaken additional comprehensive training in women’s health and has developed a special interest for treating pelvic pain, gynaecological, continence and pregnancy related conditions. Laura also enjoys treating all musculoskeletal conditions, including spinal and lower limb injuries.
Laura’s treatment approach includes taking the time to understand her client’s symptoms holistically and then guide them through the rehabilitation journey with a strong focus on empowerment, education and exercise rehabilitation. Dry Needling and manual therapy techniques are also used to manage pain & allow progression towards a full recovery. Laura has over 10 years experience in teaching Clinical Pilates & a full APPI accreditation.
When not in the clinic, you will find Laura spending time with her friends and family, doing yoga, or hiking and camping somewhere in the great outdoors. She consults at Clifton Hill Physiotherapy on Wednesdays, Fridays and one Saturday per month.
