Ramsey Ezzat is a Canadian physiotherapist with 15 years of clinical expertise treating a diverse range of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions. He recently moved from Vancouver to Melbourne with his family and is excited to be part of the team at both Clifton Hill Physiotherapy and Inner North Physiotherapy. Ramsey brings an active treatment approach that combines hands-on care with innovative exercises. He is passionate about empowering patients to maximise their health.
Ramsey graduated from the University of Saskatchewan (Canada) in 2007. He is a Fellow in the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physical Therapists, an internationally recognised designation that requires extensive hands-on training and recognises advanced skill in using manual therapy and exercise to treat orthopaedic problems. He has also done further training in the management of chronic pain and treatment for vertigo and dizziness.
Ramsey has competed as a triathlete and distance runner for the last 20 years. He has run races from 10km to 50km as well as 6-8 day stage races in the European Alps and Colorado Rockies. Although he still enjoys running, his current athletic passion is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Ramsey works Tuesdays and Fridays at Inner North Physiotherapy and Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays at Clifton Hill Physiotherapy. He teaches clinical exercise classes, Better Bones classes for people with osteopenia and osteoporosis and GLAD classes for people with osteoarthritis.
